FAQs

  • The AfroVibes Vendor Application form will be communicated on all social media platforms as well as on the official website, where potential vendors are required to fill out an application on becoming an official vendor at the festival.

  • Due to limited space and numerous applications, our selection process is selective. We want to maintain diversity and variety by ensuring we select a fixed amount of vendors representing each culture/category. This also enables vendors to maximize their sales. The festival contains a mix of returning vendors as well as new vendors.

In terms of the selection criteria, we look for highly professional vendors, well-branded and high-quality products that are highly attractive to consumers.

  • We don’t allow vendors to apply for future festivals. However, we do allow vendors to declare interest in participating in the festival on the our official website.

  • Successful and unsuccessful vendors will receive communications on the status of their application after the form is closed. This is usually around 4 weeks after the form is open to the public. We encourage every applicant to remain patient duriing the selection process as requests from applicants on the status of their application may not be answered before the closing of the Vendor Application Form.
